Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Occasionally I will get a "not sufficient access" error message when I login. I usually have to close my browser and then try again. This is bothersome only in that I use the tabs feature a lot and closing the browser means closing all of my tabs too. Like I said, not a huge gripe, just didn't know if you were aware of this problem or not.

We are aware of this and hope to eventually have it resolved. Thanks for posting and for your patience, Matilda.

Love,

I used to use IE all the time and then suddenly had problems logging in, so following Elizabeth's suggestion, tried Firefox and it did work much better, for awhile. Now, I can't get in using Firefox any longer (and i like it better than IE!) - it tells me I'm logged in and to hit return to discussion, but once I get there, it says I can't post b/c I'm not logged in, no matter how many times I re-try to log in. so, I had to go back to IE for this forum.

Karen-

That sounds like a cookie issue with Firefox. Check your Firefox security settings to make sure that cookies are enabled.

I double checked; Cookies are enabled on Firefox, so it's not that. I tried it again today, 4 times, and the same result. But IE let me in.
thanks for trying

Is it possible that you spent more than 20 min viewing the page before responding? Could the combined amount of time spent reading and typing your response have exceeded 20 min? If so, then your session would have timed out on the server.

If you think this might be the cause, the best solution is to make sure that "Auto Login" is ON the next time you sign in.
