Sean is mostly over the chickenpox. He never got all that sick, and I am thinking that the prayers probably made a lot of difference. I am home now from being up at his grandma's cabin with Aidan to keep him from further exposure to the virus.
Now we are waiting to see if Paddy and Kieron and/or Aidan come down with it. That's where we are now. On Monday one of us will probably take Aidan back up to the cabin.

Kieron is down with the chickenpox. So I suppose (HOPE actually) that Paddy will come down with it soon.

Aidan woke up today with little red bumps -- we were keeping him at his grandma's cabin while his brothers Kieron and Paddy worked through their course of the disease, but obviously Aidan must have gotten exposed back when Sean had it two weeks ago, before we knew he was infectious.
Aidan has had immunoglobulin shots so the doctors say that might minimize the severity of the chickenpox. But he will probably have to go to the hospital for a few days of IV acyclovir (antiviral medicine). We are waiting to hear now -- it's Saturday morning and of course! almost impossible to get hold of a doctor who wants to make the decision of where to admit him -- UC in San Francisco or in our local regional center.
So right now we're waiting again . Please pray.
