Just seeing this. Praying for you and baby, and for your family, Elizabeth. May God grant you the tranquility to rest in His love and let others take care of you (for weeks, so that your little girl can continue to grow and develop before you hold her in your arms).

Thank you all for your prayers.I'm home on strict bedrest--not even allowed sit up.The placenta is still low, but it's stopped bleeding  . The contractions are well-controlled by medication I will not ever miss  and we're hoping to get to 36 weeks. It's been a scary few days. I knew that someone would post here for me and Mike and I both took comfort in knowing you were praying. Many, many thanks to all of you.

you can do it Elizabeth!!! I remember one of the first things that "got done" with my last bedrest (Maria) was the ceilings all got a good dusting- and our light fixture/ceiling fan got a much needed cleaning!!!
one has a new perspective on bedrest!!
I am glad the bleeding has stopped - that is not fun at all.
stay hydrated. Emergen' C (or the trader Joe's brand) kept me healthy and feeling somewhat ok.
