I was talking to Chemai last night and they have seen the doctors. They have put her on a cocktail of drugs to help minimize the chances of going into labour and also to give her antibiotic protection. The drugs have pretty nasty side-effects and she is feeling the effects already.
She has her two oldest children with her which is wonderful, they are angelic children and will be a great support to her. They are trying to arrange having her husband stay with her on a more permanent basis for extra support and comfort, hoping he can do some of his work via laptop etc and all the littlies will be looked after by her mother-in-law, who has always been a great support to them.
It is a waiting game now and a time for prayer, I hope to see Chemai in person tonight and will pass on all your good wishes (print up the remainder of the prayer thread) she has still had her moments of tears over re-reading the first part of the thread I printed up last week - she is just so touched.
Chari, Chemai is so very grateful for the beautiful novena you have started for her, she has with her a St Gerard handkerchief that has come from a shrine in the States and little Augustine's second name is Gerard!

Dear Chemai,
I just wanted you to know that we are continuing to pray for you and Augustine. I've been offering up my day for you, masses, and we all pray for you at Grace.
Thomas has also been praying. As have a group of the Sisters of Saint Joseph in our area, and a few other trusted prayerful friends.
I'm so glad you have two of your beautiful children with you. Anne, is so right, they are angelic!

Chemai, your precious child is so well named! Somehow, I just *know* that you both will weather this and be stronger for it. All the prayers of these wonderful women are going to help Augustine stay tucked safely in your womb until he is completely formed. You are in God's capable hands.
