Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

it's ok.. not super high quality or anything but very reasonable.. most everything is well made.. not the highest quality fabric, but not too bad.. if you want to wait about another week or less.. I'll be getting the shorts from that top link and can give you specifics for that one.

I like ordering from them because I'm built on the short and round side.. even when I'm thin and when you get to XL in many regular stores.. they seem to make it for a larger midsection.. not a larger bustline.. and the things I've gotten just fit a lot better in the way they're cut.

oh and there's all kinds of online coupons you can use.. let me see what's available right now.. and if you use ebates, there's a 3 or 4% back through them too.

Marianna and I wear a wetsuits over our swimsuits alot now, good for sun protection too and down here the stores are full of little thin skins that look like our two wetsuits but are made for sun protection. They might work well for you too.

I still wear a bikini (usually string as it can be adjusted to anyone who comes aboard) as we wear the suits under our clothes alot and I detest having to get completely undressed to use the head. Even without the wetsuits though we wrap up in sarongs and wear hats. You can see Marianna immediately put her hat on after we climbed out of the pool in that photo. She has taken to wearing a sarong around the waist and a second cape-style around her shoulders to prevent burns as the sun is definitely strengthening already this year.

Regarding the string bikinis, I've also seen string tankinis, very nice with the full front panel but they never go on sale which is the only place I buy my suits - the clearance rack!

Oh! and a news flash - Wal-mart (in South Florida anyhow) will no longer allow you to try on a swimsuit, bra, panties, bodyshaper or other undergarmets.

Jennifer - I don't know how much clearanced you need but I found good prices on racing brands of swimsuits at http://www.swimoutlet.com they're not "cheap" but rather "cheap for the product"

Anne and Molly: So, these have a built in shelf-bra or whatever they call it on top?

yes, but its not the most supportive. I think there was underwire in it, but I can't tell you for sure.

Darn, I can't remember and I don't want to wake my dh to go check. But, it does have an empire waist and then the halter straps are thick tank-like straps that hook behind my neck. That style, in itself, is very supportive. I'll check when everyone's up and if it's different I'll let you know.
