Dear Ruth, I am so happy for you and your family.

My last few pregnancies have been so hard for my husband to be joyful about. It has always been so hard for me because I so wanted to share my excitement with him. Instead of despairing, I offered my feelings up for him and the baby. When I see him today surrounded by his ten children beaming with pride and joy, I see the fruits of those prayers.
