PRAISE GOD!!!!! Thank you all so much for your prayers, what wonderful prayer warriors you all are! I had the ultrasound done at 11:30 this morning (ended up having MW order one) and the baby is beautiful and perfect, measuring at 9 weeks and 3 days with a pattering heartrate of 170bpm! The sac from the other baby is still there, and there looks to be some tissue left in the sac, the bleeding is more than likely coming from my body trying to expel the twin. There is also a slight subchorionic hematoma opposite the twin.

Breathing a sigh of relief. My sister and I both had the subchorionic hematoma and bleeding associated with it. It was nerve wracking! Continued prayers.

I will tell the boys the good news, we were all praying for you at lunch today, I think they understood how serious it was given we just had our 10 week ultrasound yesterday, and they knew how stressed out I was
I am thanking God and Mary!!
Your pregnancy Buddy, (along with Kris, who is due right around the same time!)

Thank you all again! This is the best I have felt since the day I discovered we were pregnant again. I feel MUCH better now that we've had a strong hb, can see the baby growing nicely, wiggling and groovin'. The placenta is developing as it should, just the little pocket of blood in one spot. It's a little more 'real' now that we've lost one baby, we were able to see so much more of him/her on today's ultrasound. No heartbeat of course, but it definetly continued to grow after my last ultrasound at 6 weeks. 
Anyway, thanks so much for the prayers. I am feeling so grateful to be carrying a healthy baby.

Probably just old blood. I had a subchorionic hematoma with Joey, too; but mine was more severe. Hopefully this will heal and pass. Please God.
