Thanks to all your prayers, Carlo has responded to the high dosage of blood thinners administered to him, although the source of clotting has not been resolved. A team of doctors is currently studying his case, which, according to them is rather unusual. So we are awaiting what their findings are and hopefully get word tomorrow.
Words cannot express how much your prayers and concern have brought much comfort to our family and please continue to pray for him.

Carlo Update:
Carlo is still in the ICU but he says he feels better except he has bruises in his body. We have yet to hear from the doctors.
I was pondering upon the words of the doctor the night before I posted my prayer request. He told us that "every minute he (Carlo) lives would be a miracle". These were strong words that has brought anxiety for everyone in the family.
This has brought me to think how much I take life for granted. Life is a miracle in itself and EVERY MINUTE OF LIFE IS INDEED A MIRACLE, whether we're in critical health condition or in perfect health... Just thinking aloud.
