Just another update - sorry this is turning into the thread that would not die!
After not bleeding much or at all in the last few days, I'm bleeding again, and crampy. Part of me thinks "this is the end" and part of me thinks I'm being totally ridiculous! 
I wish you were all here to mother me through this. I feel like a big baby right now. 
I have an U/S Monday that will hopefully make sense of all this.
