I am loving this look at all your line ups!

BTW, I mentioned starting with four girls but didn't officially share my whole line up:

girl, girl, girl, girl, boy, girl, girl

Hmm, a pair of twin girls, and I would have a nice balanced family!

Girl, girl, boy, girl, girl, boy......

My sister is expecting in a few weeks.
She already has two boys.
Her husband is the third of three boys.
His brother has three boys.
Some of us are hoping for a girl to break the pattern...

We have girl, then 3 boys in a row, then 2 girls and one boy.

Lisa
I am finding it very interesting having tow girls in a row. I find myself sitting around just watching them at times it is so interesting the inter-play. Very different to the boys.

I grew up with myself, my brother, a sister eight years younger, then four brothers in a row, then another sister twelve years after the last girl. So I was so used to boys interaction but not girls. That is why I find it all so fascinating.

Amy
Wonderful, wonderful news

Coming in late - we have a definite pattern - 7 boys. Some later miscarrages were girls...

Leonie, I was hoping you would chime in! You and Kym are tied with seven boys in a row each. You also have, as far as I can tell, the largest all of a kind family.

Now where is Irene for the girls???    Did I miss a post somewhere along the line?

we have girl, girl, girl, boy, boy, girl. But here is the interesting thing about it.

brown hair, brown eyes,
blonde hair, blue eyes
brown hair, brown eyes
blonde hair, blue eyes
brown hair, brown eyes
blonde hair, blue eyes

When the 6th baby came along, we sort of figured what she would look like

"You and Kym are tied with seven boys in a row each."

I also have 7 boys in a row so it is a three way tie. it sure is special to have so many of the same gender in a row

p.s. - I posted yesterday but it must have been missed

Forgive me, Mary, it was missed!!! And I love your boys' names, by the way!

How wonderful that our forum is so blessed--21 boys in a row altogether!

Alice,
What a fun thread!
We have
boy
boy
boy
boy
girl

All of our children have large brown eyes. However, we have "the blondes and the darks" as my husband call them. It is strange how our dark haired children are more laid back in temperment, and our blondes are very "high maintenance."

Does anyone else have traits that seem to correlate with temperment?

Well, red heads are supposed to be fiery, fiesty, tempermental sorts. That describes my Maggie to a "T." My husband says it describes me also... , although you wouldn't know I was a redhead to look at me (if that makes any sense). But I was definitely red as a kid...

I haven't studied much on temperments so I can't get into that much detail but this is a fun twist to this thread.

My dc have:

DS~Brown hair/Hazel Eyes
DD~ Dark Brown hair/Dark brown eyes
DS~Dirty Blond hair/ Light brown eyes
DD~ Dark brown hair/ dark brown eyes
DD~ Dirty Blond hair/medium brown eyes

My two boys and youngest girl all had blond hair when toddlers (second ds's hair was pure white. Here's a photo of him at age two.) Their hair has all darkened to brown. My older two girls had dark brown hair from the start and kept it.

Mary G. commented how they all look "cajun".    Yes, they do.

Here's a picture of the Gibson gang.

When are you due? I'm due early August. We could take belly pictures together in a doorway.

We have boy-girl-boy-boy-girl-boy-girl-??

My parents have boy-girl-boy-girl-girl-girl-boy-girl

They're pattern was messed up by my sister just one older than me.

LOL! I'll wait until I have more than just "fat" for a belly!    I'm due in late Sept.

I don't know why, but I have a distinct feeling this one is a girl. But I've been wrong many times before.

My husband's brother also has only girls, three in a row...they had their three first, then we started having ours. It's neat to see them all standing together in a line from 17yo to 1yo. They resemble each other, too.

two girls
two boys
one girl

All the kids have blonde or "dirty blonde" hair and blue eyes, except my first son. He takes after his dad with dark brown hair and big brown eyes. My hubby jokes that at least he got one so far that looks like him.
