As Alice said, we have 4 girls in a row.
After my 3rd girl was born, I called a friend of mine who has 8 girls (and no boys!) to tell her the news and she said, "There's nothing cuter than 3 girls...except 4 girls!"
Dh likes to joke that we are trying to start a convent...and you need 6 women to start a convent. So we need at least 2 more girls.

We have six boys in a row, then one girl. We have a new baby due on Sept. 8th! We're excited to see if Gemma will get a sister or if she'll continue to be the princess in our family.

4 girls, 4 boys. God did not bring them to us until we prayed for them, 22 year gaps between our oldest and youngest, each one a tremendous gift!

I have 3 girls and 3 boys in a g,b,g,b,g,b pattern.
My mom had 3 girls and 3 boys in an alternating pattern like mine but the last two were b,g. Three of her siblings each had six children, too, but none had 3 girls and 3 boys in their girl/boy counts.
My mother's mother had 3 girls and 3 boys but in a g,g,b,b,g,b pattern.
Will one of my dds continue this pattern???

Boy, Boy, Boy, Girl, Boy, Boy So I have a "row" of boys and if we had more I'm convinced they would be boys too. My husband is the youngest of five boys and our oldest son has two boys. I know my new daughter in love would like girls (she has three sisters) but boys just seem to run in our family. Blessings all of them.

Girl, Boy, Boy, Boy, Boy, Girl, Boy, Boy, Boy, Boy, Boy. A girl, four boys in a row, another girl, five boys in a row! My fifth son was sure we were going to have a girl the last time I was pregnant, he loves patterns.

This is my house, too, because the baby due soon is another boy. I sure would like my Maggie to have a sister someday...she's already praying for another baby!
I'm the last of seven, the pattern was boy, girl till I messed it up at the end

Way back when, we started with a nice pattern, boy-girl, boy-girl. We were all sure #5 would be a boy. In fact, the kids were pretty adament about it! However, it was not to be. Along came a girl, breaking the pattern. Then another girl, and another. That's 4 girls in a row!
As for the pattern, with every baby the kids say that the new "pattern" is whatever we have. WE just have to do it the same all over again! That would 14 kids, with 10 girls!!
And I always assumed I would be the mom of boys! I have six brothers and no sisters. What do I know about girls?!

Boy-Girl-Girl-Girl-Boy.
People often refer to them as bookend boys. I'm still hoping for another boy for my littlie to pal around with. There are 12 years between my first and my last.

There are 12 years between me and the sister with whom I'm the closest. We've been best friends for many years...hasn't done us a bit of harm!

We have boy, boy, boy, boy. And hopefully we'll be adding to this line-up. Some people seem to take pity on me for being inthis all male household, but I love it!! At this point I'm not sure I'd know what to do with a girl but we would welcome one with open arms!

We have girl, girl, girl, boy, girl, girl.
When people make comments like , "Well, how did that boy get in there?" I tell them about a family in my neighborhood growning up. Their first 6 were in the same arrangement as my six. Then they had 5 boys in a row, then a youngest girl. "So," I say, "we just haven't been blessed with the second set of six."
Peace,
Nancy
