Nice idea! So is it set for once a week on Saturday? Is this Saturday the first one? My calendar is off the boat so I'll need to add it in later... I really like the idea of a once a week deal like the Thankful Thursdays as inspiration is needed more frequently than once a month!

Tonight, it was jaegerschnitzel (breaded pork cutlet in a mushroom/cream/beef broth sauce), homemade spaetzle (German egg noodles), green beans, red cabbage with apple (from jar, I'm not insane!).
Tomorrow, ??? Probably baked turkey cutlets, breaded in bread crumbs/garlic powder/parmesan cheese/cayenne, plus egg noodles and vegetables.
Sunday is pizza night this week.
Monday begins the long month of dh being gone on weeknights. We'll probably have pasta with a homemade tomato sauce.
Tuesday is dance night...I can still cook at home, though...Polish sausage, broccoli, saffron rice (Penzeys Spices recipe)
Wednesday will be Leftover Night because we have a late-evening class.
Thursday I'll probably make Chinese Five-Spice Chicken from The Idiot's Guide to Slow Cooker Meals.
Friday is ds's 15th birthday...he gets to pick. (Chinese? Italian? German?)
Saturday I will probably revert to German food. (We've had four German nights this freezing cold week...1) gulaschsuppe, 2) lentil soup with sausage, 3) jaegerschnitzel and 4) spaetzle with cheese, bratwurst of the Nuernberg style, broccoli, German wheat bread and red cabbage...I am homesick for the food I was raised on, can you tell? 
Believe it or not, when it warms up I either cook quick pasta sauces or we grill...I almost never fire up the stove for more than 10-15 minutes!

Alright you recipe fans!!! We're ready for the next round of menues for this weekends Carnival of Menu Planning! Thanks for all the entries, and especially those posted here, I think we've all tried something new this week!
For this next Carnival, let's add the 5 Most Important or Favorite things you always keep in your pantry, for example my list might look like this:
Chocolate Chips
Cannellini Beans
Diced Canned Tomatoes
Variety of Pastas
Oatmeal
Get the idea, and of course it's not necessarily in order of importance, except for the 1st item
It's a fun way to share and get new ideas, looking forward to seeing some more great menues! Remember, breakfast and lunches count too, or even a favorite Sunday Dinner!!
Send by sometime Friday afternoon/evening, Sat am is OK too, email or PM!
