Sorry to hear Emily and Maria are not well. Praying for a good turn around and a happy nursing baby. Jaci did that for 1/2 of the day she was in most pain..can you give her something you have for colic? preferably the homeopathic?

Thank you, everyone, for your prayers!!
After a long, restless night with Emily, she finally turned the corner this morning. She then settled down for a nice, long nap and this evening is finally laughing and playing again. 
Maria's bout of diarrhea seems to have been an isolated incident. Yeah!! I actually think she felt a little disappointed because she loves extra Mommy attention.
I am hopeful that Emily actually came down with something that the rest of us were strong enough to resist, so maybe we will be spared this time.
I really felt your prayers as I was able to calmly deal with another sleepless, fussy night and still function like a nice mommy today.

God is good! I hate it when the children get sick like that. I tend to be terribly anxious - then crabby.

I may have spoken a little too soon. 
Emily still has diarrhea and is still pretty droopy. I know she is probably just wiped out, but I am worried about dehydration with the diarrhea. She won't take anything by mouth yet other than sips of water from a glass. She is nursing pretty well, though.
Please keep her in your prayers today. Thank you!

UGH! Poor babe... We had a bout like that with Sophie last year. So strange - an up day and a down day. I'm sorry to say that lasted almost 2 weeks... I did so much laundry and bathing during that time. Just couldn't believe it.

Molly, can you sneak in some Pedialyte? I am no doctor, but it seems to help restore lost electrolytes. Yogurt is also good at balancing all the bacteria in your digestive system. Poor little tyke! I pray that she recovers soon (maybe she has already, I'm coming to this thread so late) and that it passes beyond the rest of your household. Did you try lamb's blood on your door posts and lintels? 
Praying also for your strength to continue to care for such a helpless little one.
