You wonderful ladies are such a testament to life. Thank you so much for being such an example to me! I am at a stage right now where I never thought I would be (wishing for my fertility to NOT come back for a long time). I always wanted a big family, but the nitty gritty of raising so many young ones is really wearing on me, and it's hard to see through the clouds. By seeing your earnest prayers for more children after you already have 5 or 6 or more, it warms my heart to see that I too, will eventually get to that point too. Bless your hearts!! I will offer up my hard work with the twins today for each and every one of you who would like another baby.

Bridget, Janet, and everyone else who wants another baby, I will pray that God blesses you.
Our youngest is 11 days old and my children started praying for twins last night (this was on their own initiative). My girls want a girl and a boy, so that we can stay even. My oldest son, pointed out that they have a sister in God's care and so "we aren't really even." He is praying for twin boys. Did someone say something about being greedy?

Please add me to the list too (42)! I thought I should add that one of my closest friends is 10 weeks pregnant & she turned 45 on January 2nd!!!! There's hope!
Praying for all the moms in this group who are hoping & praying for a new little bundle. St. Gerard Majella & St. Nicholas of Tolentino, pray for us!

I talked to my husband again last night about having another baby, since I will be in phase 2 in a few days. We have this talk every month. He told me again, his heart is closed right now. He can't imagine being open to have another baby. It just breaks my heart. Our younget is 4 
I will keep all of you in my daily prayers to Our Lady of La Leche. The prayer is on the sidebar on my blog, and also the previous page.

Ruth, for a long time my dh was not open to having another baby, and time was slipping away . When I was 42 I finally put whatever was left of my fertility in God's hands. Our little miracle daughter was born when I was 45  .
I'll say my Rosary tonight for your intention and those of others on this board hoping to conceive.

Can I add my name to the list? I waited and waited for dh to come home and now, I'm waiting and waiting. I had a period, in the beginning of my marriage, of infertility and am so afraid. I could use your prayers. And, I will continue to pray for you all.

I'm praying for another right now, too. It may sound dumb but I've never been able to have children close together and I am sooooooooo hoping that God will grant us one more soon so that the new child will be closer in age to my current baby. Its close to my heart, this desire, but I don't speak of it much, because I feel selfish about it.

I am with Brenda.......42yrs.......been 5+ years since my wee fella was born.....add me to the list......and pray for my dh to be open to more, while you pray for Ruth's dh

Christine, they sound *exactly* like my children, exactly.
Bridget, I am praying for you and all you beautiful, dear mothers who would like to conceive. I'm attending a local "thousand Hail Marys for Life" event this weekend, and all of you women, so loving and open to life, will be in my prayers throughout.

I want to thank everyone for being so kind and generous with their prayers. We have quite a list of 'greedy' moms here and I know of more who are quieter about it.
I am ready to accept God's will but I'm not ready to quit begging Him for more children. I will beg for all the others who are hoping too.
Surely, He cannot resist us all begging in chorus...
