for prayers. I know there are women here who have real fertility issues. I feel way out of line and greedy.
But I am asking for prayers for another baby. I have not conceived since my last miscarriage. Every month is so painful. I am 42 and almost out of time. i need to marshal all resources quickly and your prayers are powerful. Thank you.

OK, then may I add my name to the prayer list as well?!? I'm 38. Dh and I have experienced one vasectomy, one HUGE change of heart, TWO vasectomy reversals, 1 miscarriage, and lots and lots of grace from our Lord Jesus over the past 3 years. Oh how I would love to hold another precious one in my arms.  Thank you.

I will be praying for you. I just posted this prayer on my blog today, since I have been praying for another baby for a long time.
Prayer to Our Lady of La Leche for another Child
Lovely lady of La Leche, most loving mother the Child Jesus, and my Mother, listen to my humble prayer. Your motherly heart knows my every wish, my every need. To you only, His spotless Virgin Mother, has your Divine Son given to understand the sentiments which fill my soul. Yours was the sacred privilege of being the Mother of the Saviour. Intercede with Him now, my loving Mother, that, in accordance with His will, I may become the mother of other children of our heavenly Father. This I ask, O Lady of La Leche, in the Name of your Divine Son, My Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

Praying!!!
I know the pain of longing for a child. I recommend highly the nine hour Infant of Prague Novena. It helped us greatly this past Dec. when praying for Mary Helen's paperwork to come through in time.
Both times our adoption plans began for us was after a 54 day rosary novena...we received all the $$ for Mary Helen's adoption from a relative on the last day of the novena in July 2005.
I told this story to a woman in our homeschooling group..she immediately began the novena for her 6th baby and was pregnant by the end of the 54 days.
We will pray!!!

Bridget,
Adding my prayers for all of us who long for another one. My youngest is 15 months and I am 38 and sooo would like another one. I too prayed for my fertility to come back sooner as I too know that the window is closing.  Already this month I am beginning to feel crampy.
