Update!
Keep praying! It's working! They gave us a close counter offer. (So VERY close!) We are working on getting a plan together to make that possible.
Does anyone know of a good St. Joseph prayer that they have found helpful? Up until now we've been calling on St. Jude! (And he's been doing a great job so far!)We've decided to plead for them to work together on this one.
Thank you for the wonderful prayers and keep 'em coming please!

the latest update!
We accepted their counter offer! I'm so excited I just can't stand it! It's a good thing the weather is terrible, as it is I'm trying not to wear out my phones!
But wait! Don't stop these very effective prayers yet! We need to sell our house ASAP. We are selling at a great price, so we just need a buyer to come along. Then there's all those inspections and paperwork to plow through. 
Did I tell you I'm excited?! I know it's not a done deal until we actually move in, but I'm so very excited!
The kids are torn between absolutely thrilled and horror. Mommy has decided she is not going to pack up 7 boxes of toys, a piano, a toy cabinet, a tether ball (I'm not digging that cemented pole out and replanting it!), and...

While I can understand some of the other things you're not moving, leaving the piano has me a little  .
