Praise God! Dh got an offer!
Thank you, thank you, thank you all for your prayers on our behalf for the past few months and especially the past few days!
We are so relieved. I think dh will enjoy the work and is perfectly cut out for some of the responsibilities. The salary is just a bit more than he had been making. But there are a few added benefits and it sounds like there will be regular increases and possible bonuses that will hopefully help us financially in the long run.

Woo hoo! I'm so happy for your family, Irene. This morning, when Itold the children that we needed to pray for your dh again today because his interview was rescheduled, there was a collective "Oh no!" We are SO empathetic so we prayed EXTRA hard .
Please give your dh a big congratulations from us and do enjoy this wonderful time of excitement, relief, and gratitude. May you all be abundantly blessed by this new job!

I had just finished posting the news here when dh walked in from his interview. We talked for close to a half hour and then when he headed upstairs to change out of his suit, I returned to the computer to find all your kind posts of congratulations and best wishes. I called dh over to the computer, and he read them with me. To think that 12 of you happened to see my post during the time we were talking and took the time to rejoice with us! I could tell that dh was really touched by your prayers and messages. That's a testament to how real the relationships are here.
