Yes we have been praying it (here at home as family and dh with Fr. B in the hospital). It feels very poignant to pray it as I hold my own little Maria Faustina on my lap.

Oh, Michele, I am praying. Another means of preparation for death is the Act of Contrition. One of my grandmothers sat at my grandfather's bedside, holding his hand, telling him she loved him, and then praying the Act of Contrition. She did this over and over and over.... What a beautiful gift she gave my grandfather.

May our merciful Lord be with William now and always.
