I'm sorry you're so disappointed. I would be too.  All that work, and money to get the cards the way you're hoping for, only to be very disappointed. I pray you'll be able to be refunded, and that you'll be able to get cards that are to your liking.

That is so great! Melissa did a wonderful job on my birth announcements and I have received Christmas cards from her sister that were beautiful. I am sure you will be pleased.
BTW, I also looked at this topic because I had to know what you could be venting about. You are so gentle and peaceful. Not to embarrass you, but I want to be you when I grow up!

Well, now I know where to get my Christmas cards from now on!
Melissa of Melissa Claire Designs responded to my email late last night, sympathized with my problem (and was willing to create new cards for me even though the final due date for cards was Monday), had the gorgeous proofs to me this morning, and is printing them up right now. She even called me to make sure I'd received the proofs! And, guess what? Her prices are reasonable too!!!
Molly, thank you so much for steering me in the right direction. You have saved a very important aspect of our Christmas celebration this year, and introduced me to a business we will be using in the future!

Same here!! It sure can be frustrating. I've had this happen with just regular pictures from print film. I come from a family of photographers and it can be very frustrating. For what it's worth, I'm so behind I don't think I'll get cards out before Christmas. Maybe by New years.
