No I didn't make it. I was so close and yet so far as JoAnn's is right up the road from the hospital. I looked at the clock at 8:40 and said to my dh - "they open in 20 minutes" to which he replied. "you aren't going to make it hon." I suggested that perhaps we should stop in on the way home yesterday but for some reason he wouldn't go for it.  He DID volunteer to go for me but I knew that would not be a good idea so I told him not to worry about it. Mind you, I'm NOT complaining. Finally holding my precious Maria was far more fun than getting a fabric deal!
