Ruth,
What a hard cross for your husband to bear (and for the whole family as well). Please know that we will hold you all in prayer during our nightly Rosaries...esp. asking St. Monica and St. Joseph for their help.

Ruth,
You've been in my prayers since you first posted. This is a hard time of year to struggle with brain chemistry issues...I have family members who are bipolar and fighting depression, and this is always the toughest time of the year for all of us.

My husband called me from the train station this morning and is sill feeling very down. He just doesn't know how to relate to anyone. He said he had a talk with our Lord this morning and asked Him to help him focus on Him and keep him away from anything that takes him away from God. I actually pray for that every day. He tells me he's lost his faith and doesn't know how to get it back. I told him how blessed he is to have the Sacraments of the Church. He is fighting such a spiritual battle.
He just looks so sad. He has such a big heart. Everything weighs on him so much. I know the Blessed Mother and St. Joseph are watching out for him. I've seen so many miracles. I am rambling so much. I'm just trying to remember everything he told me this morning. I told him so many people are praying for him and he was so thankful for that. I just sat there and listened to him. I asked him to go to Confession and Mass with me Saturday morning. Hopefully, he will.
Thanks again for all your prayers. They are definately working.

Dear Ruth,
