Normally, I wouldn't say that.
I *love* Bloglines. But, they're still having the problem that Marjorie mentioned the other day. They're not showing that I have updated posts, and it seems to be happening with lots of my favorite blogs.
If the blogs on your blogliners list seem quiet, you might want to check them! Unsubbing from that blog, and then resubbing seems to help.

Has the unsubbing had lasting effects for you? I find that the blogs go back to "!"
I checked my blog's feed setting and it seems fine. I couldn't find anything over at bloglines to tell them about the problems.
Is it worth saying anything to blogger?

I know what you mean, Helen. I'm not sure if the resubbing is a permanent help or not, and I can't tell from subscriber numbers, as they're all messed up, too.
I wrote to Bloglines (on their "Contact us" page) and got a response that they were aware of the problem and were hoping to have it fixed in a couple of days, but that was 3-4 days ago.
Sigh.

I just realized how bad of a problem Bloglines has. I decided to bookmark my favorite blogs so that could bypass Bloglines until they were working again and I am surprised about how much blog reading I missed over the holiday weekend.

It's not just blogspot. Homeschooljournal.net blogs are not showing up on my feeds either. Unsubbing and resubbing hasn't seemed to change anything for me either.

I am not even getting the little red ! to signal a broken feed, but I sure am missing alot of blog posts. Weird.
Karen, when I re-subbed to your feed and it said you only had 6 subscribers I knew that had to be wrong! I re-subbed last night and it is already broken again as it did not pick up your post today. In fact, out of 70 feeds to which I subscribe, there were only 5 or 6 new posts showing up today. I know that can't be right!

Another strange thing I noticed with Typepad this morning - I have had to do verification for comments I leave. (At blogs where there usually is no previewing necessary.) I assume my blog is doing that as well? All these pesky blogging issues!

Is bloglines at it again? I haven't seen any of my 3 new posts show up in the last 24 hours and I just happened by Elizabeth's blog and didn't see her new posts on bloglines either. I unsubscribed and resubscribed and nothing changed. Anyone else having this problem in the last day or 2?

Katherine, I sure can't figure out the timing on bloglines. It is 9:05 EST on Friday and I had not received notice of your 6PM post. I know when I post it takes hours and hours to see it come up. I did get notice of your gingerbread post. Yum! I actually ordered the nativity gingerbread cookie cutter set people mentioned last week and I think I will try it out. Thanks.

Is the gingerbread post the last one that you have seen come up for me on bloglines? There should be at least 3 more since then. I contacted bloglines today and they said they fixed it, but it doesn't look like it.
I hope you enjoy the recipe. It is our family's absolute favorite. I'm sure the nativity cutter set will be adorable.

Okay, I now have something tangible to add to this thread.
In addition to noticing the same sort of thing that you all mention above, I saw this morning Bloglines had me listed as having a new post.
Which was news to me.
It turned out to be an old post from November 20th! Which I haven't touched.
Odd odd odd.
