You are beyond wonderful--thank you!
I am just in from the doctor with an update. He actually thought the plates looked better this month, because, although they are separated, the ridges are at least on an even plane. He told me that on a scale of one to ten, with ten being the most concerned, his concern level is at about a one and a half, so that is good!
Because the worst-case scenario condition is something they need to catch as early as possible, he has referred me to a group of neurosurgeons in Manhattan for a follow up opinion. Needless to say, I will keep you posted, but I think the news was very good today.
