I have been thinking of him and you all alot. I am so happy that this all worked out according to God's plan and in a way that seems so well suited to all of you.

Aha! And so she finally tells the world . Yes, dear friends, I refrained from mentioning the 4Real connection at the campus ministry (because Jen never had)--Jen's brother, Fr. Peter, is the chaplain there. He and Michael are going to sit down this week and talk about how to get a Catholic education at a secular university. Michael and I were poking around the CCM website yesterday and I remembered that when he was about 4, they broke ground for the chapel. Mike was on staff at GMU and we were very involved at the campus ministry. The bishop turned over the first shovel full of dirt, then the chaplain, then Michael. As I looked at the chapel tour, it was amazing to me that the same child who wetn with me as I hustled crying babies or noisy toddlers into the library, would return to that same room as a student. The time has gone so quickly! But in many ways, especially where the campus ministry is concerned, Michael is returning home. That was the faith community he knew from his baptism until he was eleven years old!

What a neat story, Elizabeth, and such a fitting place for Michael to go to college. I just had to pop in here and give a public CONGRATULATIONS to him and to all of you!
