I don't know if you are doing irrigation with plain salt water (which is good) but if you can get your hands on any .Alkalol it is fantastic for irrigation. Just be sure to dilue it as it will burn if you don't. You may have to ask the pharmacist for it since mine keeps it behind the counter. I'll pray for relief. I wondered about the headache being behind one eye because that is a dead giveaway of sinuses for me, as is severe back toothache.

Michele, I've been praying for your relief. I have suffered from migraines on and off and bad headaches that are close to migraines and they are hard to function.

Gwen I get headaches behind the one eye all the time, but they are almost always hormonal.
