Thank you to all you wonderful ladies - such a help to have so many people praying and sending thoughts. Prayers really worked and the pain is so much more manageable. Now that I am brave enough to look, the burn looks horrible - but I am confident it will heal. It was awesome to see my kids rise to the occasion too - they really looked after me, cleaned up, did laundry and did all the schoolwork they could do without me. My two year old though was another story - he could not handle seeing me lying down and not my normal self - he cried and tantrumed and was out of sorts and glued to me all day. Thankfully today he seems better. And my husband who is always such a support and rock is going to be working from home for today too which is a blessing.
Thank you so much again - your thoughts and prayers are really appreciated.

I am praying for you. Aloe vera gel applied to the burns should help and would be safe if you are expecting a little blessing from God.
