Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all you gracious women who prayed for my grandmother and my family. My dear paternal grandmother breathed her last at 2 PM Eastern time today. I truly pray she was incorporated into the Church through the prayers of the Body of Christ.
Thanks to you all, I expressed successfully and after 5 days with no nursing, Andrew nursed like I had never left. The children were really helpful, according to my husband. But most importantly, I will never forget that time saying goodbye and praying by her side, stroking her face and hands. The green scapular was by her head on her pillow all along and the nurses always made sure to put it back when they moved her around. I truly believe God sent me clear signs of His presence with her and with me during the trip.
