UPDATE!
Just received from Kathryn's husband:

An eventful day...
A routine midwife's appointment showed high BP for Kathryn and high pulse rate for the baby, so she was sent to the hospital who didn't like the trace readings, so she had an emergency cesarean.
Fortunately everything went well and a lovely baby girl was born at 12.48 pm today. She had to go to special care for a worryingly couple of hours but came back with a clean bill of health, thank god.
She is called NAOMI ROSE, has a mop of dark hair, very pretty and beautifully formed, despite only being 5 pounds 7 1/2.
Most importantly, both her and Kathryn are doing fine.
