Just find this whole topic interesting and it reminded me of a few years ago I was chatting with a Catholic mom friend and telling her a true sacrifice for me would be to give up chocolate. I mean, it would be REALLY hard and a true sacrifice(or at least feel like one to me and help me focus ). She kindly told me I should not do it as she still wanted to be my friend and my family wouldn't do well with me so cranky    I could surely find something else.
I did.   
And it was a beautiful Lent.
Stay focused on YOUR families ladies. God has given you the gifts of your marriage and your children and your heritage for holiday celebrations for a reason. Stay focused.
(I gave up reading blogs MANY years ago due to the issue of comparing myself, feeling less than adequate as a mom and wife, and I was being led to sin. I only keep up with those that update me on friends and family and not those that tell me how to do life )
Have a blessed Easter..off to lurkdom and hoping I didn't offend.

I have found that I really prefer "sharing" blogs to "telling" blogs. I don't know if I could explain the difference well, but there is a difference to me.
