I do still like Blogger -- just started a new blog, in fact, for a new season in my life. It's here.

As you can see, I'm still on Blogger -- it's free, I know it, I don't have time for that kind of learning curve . . . And I do like it. When I blogged before I had my own little audience/community that built up around the blog, and I was very low-profile, so other than the random selling-stuff spam posts, I never encountered worse kinds of spam. I do think the filters have gotten somewhat better, too, since I last blogged regularly.

My blog now is a lot less personal than the old one, though I'll include things here and there -- I plan for my dog to feature a lot more prominently than my children as a "character" for people to bond with! It's mostly a literary blog, but I'm lining up some Tuesday "Teachers' Lounge" homeschooling posts.

Anyway, following all this with renewed interest!
