Thank you all so much for the prayers! Ds is fine, praise God! It was really kinda frightening. He normally takes pain more hard than others, but this time he was literally screaming in pain from his stomach pain, and wasn't stopping very quickly and was writhing around on the recliner. The first time we let it ride, as we figured it was probably some incredible leftover pain from gas, etc. due to the stomach bug, which he had his turn with 2 weeks ago. But then, after he had a few bouts like this we decided it was time to take him in, just to be sure it wasn't appendicitis, as I had quickly read up a bit wondering if it was that, and it said it can follow on the heels of a stomach bug, as the bug can cause a blockage of the duct to it which causes backing up in the appendix.
Anyway, went to the hospital, on the way he said he thought he needed to have a BM, which we had thought was maybe the case. At the hosp. he went and it was hard like he was a bit constipated. Which I know causes me quite bad pain. The very, very nice nurse practitioner who saw him, concurred after a couple of little examinations of him, and questions that that's all it was, as his intestines are still likely sensitive after the bug. She was so nice, and put him at ease, and since she didn't do anything outside of a couple of questions, feeling his belly, and having him jump on each foot, that they wouldn't even bill us.
We truly appreciate your ALL the prayers throughout these difficult few weeks!  May God reward you one and all!

Oh, and to update on the stomach bug....it looks like everyone is FINALLY getting better, except possibly dh is getting it, but at least the rest of us are on the mend. Dh usually doesn't get these things too bad, and can clean up himself, etc. so that's bearable, though of course I'd feel terribly for him if he gets it, as it has been rotten.
Again, I jut can't express how grateful I am for ALL the prayers this last few weeks, as it would have been so much harder, and I'm sure had more difficulties in the midst of it without those graces coming our way. AMAZINGLY with all the children and myself having it, only once did a bit of throw up get on furniture, and never once on us parents! The littlest ones it was always in their cribs or highchairs, places of pretty easy cleanup. I still stand amazed at those graces. if one HAS to go through such an awful time, at least such graces are consoling!

Ugh!  I'm still trying to offer this up......The youngest 2 both threw up in the night Tues, and last night, too. I'm finding it hard to keep my stomach down again when tending to them. A couple of nights it wasn't as bad, but last night was really hard, I almost joined them. So, a little extra prayer sent heavenward that this can finally end very soon would be so very appreciated. Thank you, dear friends!
