I found Cozi very far from intuitive plus a lot of overlap that was making it hard to function. Like I needed it to remind me so I had to be listed for an event even if I was just the taxi.
So I do use google calenders. I like it because I don't have a smart phone and google will send text message reminders of events so as long as I get it put on there..

I didn't like iCozi, either. I don't like all the emails about everything, and since only dh and I are doing emails and he wasn't interested, it wasn't working for me.
I do love my iPhone. It's my monastery bells. I have all sorts of alarms set for praying times, ordering from my farmer deadlines, appointments, lessons, etc.

For those looking for an affordable plan, Verrizon has a limited time offer smartphone plan for $45 a month. Dh had upgraded his phone and was giving me his old phone, so we didn't have the added cost of the phone itself (unlike more expensive plans, this one does not cover a new phone), but dh called, and through bundling and such with the new plan, we only ended up paying $5 more a month than we were prr for his smsrt ohine and my go phone.
Anyway, I thought I would through it out there so others who have been on the fence like myself could give it a look.

Lindsay--Are you talking about this deal, the prepaid, it is $50 a month for 1gb of data? We are looking for one for our college bound kido...is 1gb sufficient? And how much taxes are added to this? http://www.verizonwireless.com/wcms/consumer/shop/prepaid.ht ml

This is the plan I got.
My husband gets 1 gig and never uses it all. Mine is only 250 megs, but I don't think I would use my phone anywhere near as much as dh. It is nice to have the data service for GPS, but I don't intend to surf the web a ton while out.
I can't click on your link on my tablet, but it sounds like that is a good or slightly better deal for a stand alone phone. The nice thing about the plan I got was that it bundled with dh's plan and was ultimately much less than $45, especially since I didn't need a large data plan. Previously, we'd looked at adding service through their friends and family plan which was much more. Dh spent a lot of time on the phone inquiring about the service and exploring options. The people he spoke with were super helpful.
