No three letters send more shudders through me than RSV...that is nasty stuff....so glad they are keeping such close tabs on little Miss Rose--sounds like she is through the worst....and just needs to rest and breath, poor precious girl. Many, many empathetic prayers, dear family!  Keep us updated!!

Oh, I forgot this was the baby your family just adopted and how her special needs makes something like RSV so much more serious.  When your daughter first posted I couldn't remember she was really still a newborn. Will increase prayers for her and the drs/nurses and your family. Thanks for keeping us updated.
I also hope you saw the last 2 updates from others on your OP announcing the adoption. They were offering practical help on the financial front regarding the adoption.

Thank you, Kathryn. We have applied for Medi-cal and Social Security (to qualify for the Medi-cal faster) and I think I have my head wrapped around the finance part for the hospital stay. People have been overwhelmingly generous in giving us money for the adoption. A dear friend had a huge garage sale which made a good amount of money and some additional donations from people who saw the emails advertising for it. We were so surprised and humbled.
Rose is doing so much better today! She may be able to leave the ICU tomorrow. :)
Thank you for all of the prayers. They are what is getting through.
