Thanks so much for all the kind words and encouragement. It's so nice to come here and receive congratulations when a lot of what I hear is "Wow, you certainly have your hands full." (in an "I feel sorry for you" tone of voice).
We haven't settled on any names yet, but in the running are, for a girl: Clara Joy, Theresa Joy, Gabriella Joy, and Rita Marie. For a boy: Raphael Thomas and Peter Karol. There are so many good names out there to choose from!
Once again, thank you, thank you!

Awesome! Do you think it gets easier because you've got older kids to help out with the housework? My older two daughters, ages 7 and 4, are starting to be a real help. At first my 4yod balked at the idea of drying dishes, but then I reminded her that Laura Ingalls was drying dishes when she was 4 and she happily got to work! (my kids LOVE the Little House books).

I think that's definitely a huge part of it. That, along with more motherhood experience that helps us to relax and trust ourselves more.
Having older girls is unbelievably helpful! Not just for housework, but for playing with and entertaining younger siblings, helping to get them dressed and ready for the day, etc.

Congratulations!!!! My husband has always said that the transition from two children to three was the most difficult. We think it was because for the first time as parents, we were outnumbered! Once we got the hang of managing three, the next three children just slipped right in to the routine. When #5 was born my 10yr-old daughter used to take him from the crib in the morning, change his diaper, get him dressed and present him to me for his first nursing! I felt like a queen! The older ones were definitely a huge help! I also trained the 10 yr.old to do laundry at this time, and now, five years later I almost never do her wash... If only the 18 yr-old were so willing!
Praying everything goes smoothly for you.
