Praying with much empathy. Your husband needs you to provide a little oasis of love and calm, in spite of the upheaval around you...it's so very hard to do that in a crisis, but my special prayer for you is that you will find one tiny way each day to share your love and appreciation for him and his hard work. He needs to feel loved and acknowledged, especially now. I will be praying for you as you and your husband cleave together at this difficult time for your family.
May Our Lord shine His face upon you, may the Holy Spirit, the Consoler, send you peace and wisdom and understanding, may Our Lady intercede for you and your family at this difficult time, may St. Joseph take your family under his prayerful protection, and may your family's Guardian Angels protect you from physical, emotional and spiritual harm. We ask this through Christ, Our Lord, who gave His life for our sins and who lives and reigns with God the Father forever and ever. Amen.

Increasing prayers for you Joann. Our family knows only too well the devastation that can strike a family. Praying for the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary to cover you, your dh and your prcious children with grace, protection and healing. Trust in God's grace and mercy to carry your family through this difficult time. The love of our Lord never fails and can pierce through even the most difficult challenges we might ever face. Be assured of my prayers, Joann. This is a very difficult time I am sure, especially with money worries that can certainly crush the best of men. I second the advice to provide a peaceful haven for him...it may mean that you can only turn to God for your own consolation, but He will not abandon you during this time.
