We are praying here too - we have faced eviction notices before (we just rent) and know that it is scary.
I am a problem-solver by nature, so I really want to just come visit and see what I can help you figure out!
Just don't lose hope, and keep thinking of creative solutions. And everything else others have said - with so many empty houses and unsold houses, the last thing they really want right now is another property literally collecting dust. Keep talking to them, they'll likely still keep up the scary legal language, but don't let that slow you down from trying to work something out with them.
