Just wanted to thank you all for your kind comments and prayers! The baptism went perfectly.

Lindsey, perhaps it is because we attend the Traditional Latin Mass? (Maybe you do too--I'm not sure! But I thought that could be the reason.) All of our little ones have been baptized in their first few days, and we have found the traditional priests to be very flexible. (We put Father on notice a few months out and then call him from the delivery room to secure the actual date.  ) I hope you're able to find a priest who will work with you this time around!

We do not attend TLM, so maybe that is the difference? We've had the same priest for the last 9 years...maybe if I schedule it NOW, for about 2 weeks after my due date?

I have found TLM priests to be easy to schedule a baptism sooner after birth. They actually want to do a baptism very soon after birth in my experience.
