Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

and when you get to pick the paint for your trim etc. You're not stuck having to repaint whole rooms.. you can have extra paint on hand and do touch ups and coverups as needed.. repainting my living room was a pain.. but once it was MY color of white.. not only was it a much better color of white.. but I can patch and paint and cover up etc just by waiting for kids to go to bed and painting.. it's pretty much dry by morning.

Chris, I have lived in several different homes with various paint schemes. The one I loved the most had white trim and moulding in all the rooms. When we repainted, we always kept the white trim. I truly love that the best.

And as we redecorate in this 100+ home we have now, we paint the trim and mouldings white. It looks sharp no matter what your room color is. And I think that the wood doors sound lovely. I am picturing a lovely home in my mind...

Now go order your doors and pick your own shade of white. Then celebrate your decision. It will be wonderful.

Chris,

I know you have come to a decision but in our home we actually have both, wood trim (in the "living area of the house) and white trim (in the sleeping are of the house. Either way will look MARVELOUS!!!!

BTW we also have french doors that are every exterior door other than our front door and they are all trimmed in white. (BTW we live in S. FLA so keeping in the heat is not that big a deal )

Go enjoy your decision and like Carole said CELEBRATE!!!
