We are so enjoying our cards. My dd is now so interested in Hawaii. And this works out so well for us since we are starting to learn the states this year in geography. I would love to do this again if anyone else gets one going!

We got off to a good start and sent a few early, but the rest of our batch went out today

My boys really want to visit Big Bone Lick State Park and run into a giant mammoth

Next time, I will have them addressed to the family because I didn't realize how much my girls are enjoying looking through them and reading the fun facts on the back of cards. They're pretty impressed with the Fountain State so far. All the cards have been wonderful, thank you!

Beth, I'm glad to hear your son liked his Hawaiian one. your note made me feel better; I was being embarrassed I hadn't included great educational info like some of the others we received. I was doing good to convince my DD to draw on some of them; my DS remembered his hand cramping up from all the ones we addressed LAST exchange! (yes, he's a drama king.) so I figured just getting them out was better than nothing.

as for the late ones, no worries here! it just draws out the excitement of going to the mailbox, as far as I'm concerned.
