Thank you all so much for your kind wishes and prayers. I am so touched by your enthusiasm for our babies.

We have decided on a girl name and are close to a decision on a boy. We want to keep them private until the babies are born. We need to have some surprises. The only hint I'll give is that they reflect our Irish heritage.

I tried to upload the pictures on to my blog but I have not been able to manage it so far. The blog keeps rejecting my babies

. If I manage to do it I will definitely let you know so that you can see them. The 3-D photos are really neat.

Oh Mary Ellen...how truly wonderful!! Is there anything better than boy/girl twins?? We don't think so! Everyday we are more and more enamored with our darling little "bookends." What fun news.

You are so SMART! Its always risky telling names before the babies arrive....it seems that someone always had some mangy dog with that name...or a crazy aunt...and it just can ruin a great name for you! If you wait to announce till after the babies are born, I think folks are more likely to bite their tongues....when its too late to change your mind anyway!
