Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Thank you, Jen and Jenn for your help! It looks like St. Augustine Press has a lot of great books. I just threw a bunch in my shopping cart there and now I need to whittle it down! I think for my needs the larger book will be better, even if it is a little more awkward. I think the typeface and the sturdier paper is going to be a better fit. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Came back to bump this old conversation since we are using this book as a basis of our co-op's chivalry class. I bought the reprinted copy from Sacred Heart Books & Gifts and I really like it.

I just found an online copy of The Young Man's Guide here on google books also. It was just digitized there a few months ago - yeah!

That is so great!

It is funny to see the typos in the table of contents, though!
