The interview went really well! In a nutshell, he was offered the position.  They are working out the compensation package to present to him. I just can't seem to announce it or to celebrate until we have it all down on paper. This happened once last year and he (and I) were devastated.  So forgive me for not formally announcing our joy until we hear back from the front offices. 
Looks good though!

Oh, would all of you please pray that Mike would receive his compensation proposal on Monday? He is getting very antsy because they told him he would receive it the middle of last week. Still no word.
We are confident that he got the position but he is wondering why they haven't contacted him since. It is making for a loooonnnggg weekend.

Rebecca,
I missed your August 2nd post. We're living parallel lives. My Mike got an offer on the 2nd too. But we still don't have the whole package to look at either. And I'm a long way for celebrating (or even taking a deep breath) until we do. Praying for your intentions and empathizing in a big way.
