Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Rebecca,
If you lost weight like that and then started a bit of a binge with the cake at Easter, I suspect YOU might have a wheat sensitivity. Often, the foods we crave are the ones we should avoid.

Now, question for you: How else to get the CLO down? I am not eating enough. I CAN'T seem to eat. I can cook. And I'm not throwing up but I don't want food and I'm full after a few bites. I really need to maximize nutrition and I want to do cod liver oil. But...I can't mix it in juice because anything even remotely sweet screws up my blood sugar and makes me sick. I'm afraid I'll gag on it plain. Also, how much when pregnant, do you think?

When you're doing whole milk, is it raw milk? That's much less likely to create a lactose problem with your breastmilk. I'm totally paranoid about raw dairy when pregnant though, so I'm going no dairy.

I am usually a perfect pregnancy eater. Now, I'm almost halfway through and I'm still not eating properly at all.
