Oh, how did I miss this? Praying, Anne, fervently, for a very quick resolution to the pancreatitis and an uneventful removal of that gallbladder!

We've heard from Anne this morning. She let us know that she had been sent home to rest with a surgery date scheduled for January 12. Unfortunately, she began having serious pain in her left back (lung area) so she is going back to the hospital just to be prudent and have them check for clots.
She has asked that we update and request additional prayers.
Still  here, Anne!!!

Isn't it interesting that Anne's blog is dedicated to Our Lady of Guadalupe (Under Her Starry Mantle), and her surgery is on the Feast day of Our Lady of Guadalupe!

I've been at a silent retreat all day today so have had all communications off.
We'll be praying that she comes home again very soon. She sounded so good on Friday.

I want to sincerely thank everyone for their prayers and good wishes for me, I am deeply touched.
I am home again. I checked out Friday morning and then ended back in emergency that night with pains in my back, after a CT scan and bloods everything sinister was ruled out, the good news was the pancreas was completely normal again, down from 3000 originally to 23! 
I think now that the pain is a new referred pain from the gallbladder, the nurse on said that it could be and I certainly had other gallbladder symptoms at the time, just never had a pain there..it is slowly subsiding and nearly gone.
I'm on a strict diet so I can get through to the op on the 12th Jan...my body is so sensitive that my diet consists of fat free chicken stock and mashed veges..I can't tolerate much else, but I'm sure that will slowly improve in time too.
Thank you all, once again. When I think of how things could have ended up, the set backs I could have faced that never came, I know just how powerful those prayers really are!

Our dear Anne needs increased prayers again! She was hospitalized last night again with Pancreatitis.
She has a special devotion to Our Lady of Good Counsel so please ask for her intercession on Anne's behalf!
