Here's the latest concern for milk drinkers...A2 verses A1 milk! Apparently A1 milk causes Type I diabetes, heart disease, autism and schizophrenea. Nice.

How do we know what's real and what's safe and what's hype? Very confusing and a little overwhelming to say the least!

We usually make granola as an alternative to store-bought cereal but I recently came across a recipe for Muesli that seems like alot less work. Enjoy!

Oh yes Muesli is what I make on a lazy day. Otherwise I make granola for the kids. I just am too lazy to make three hot meals a day. Perhaps I should switch to a hot breakfast and cold lunch? I wonder if I could do that without too many protests.....
