Thank you, everyone. I found out she was actually 27 and it just made me sadder.
I hate to even make this about me, but I'm the one making the funeral arrangements. It's been very trying.

The memorial service has been scheduled for Saturday at 3pm. I'm so worried that I forgot a detail. I had to take Patrick to get his suit altered as he couldn't face it alone. I'm so behind in home stuff that I'm worried about being overwhelmed soon. Sigh.

Praying for you right now, KC, and Patrick and the soul of you sister-in-law.
I helped plan my grandfather's funeral and while it was stressful and not much got done at home, it is very comforting to think back on that time now. I think my children have an even deeper connection to him because of their involvement in the planning as well.
