I simply won't hear this from you on this beautiful feast day!!! You are a WONDERFUL mother. I tell you I envy your creativity and fun you have with your children. They are loved and cherished. Take it from someone with childhood wounds still festering many many years later...your children HAVE so MUCH from you.

I have two diseases which impact my mothering and our family life. It is depressing at times and very hard for me. I constantly replay Flylady's words..."I am NOT my disease."

Also, do you remember all the press when Christopher Reeves became injured? His wife,Dana,very simply told the reporters,"We live a NEW normal."

You have to and you WILL find your new normal. I did it after many hard days and bed mental days. This part of my life is not want I wanted (or thought my life would be), but there is a contentment on days when my diseases flare up.

God bless you. I know this cross is not easy to bear. I will be praying for you. You are a sweetheart and your children are so blessed to have you as their Mama.

I will stop lecturing now....
