I've been thinking of you today, and praying for Lily!!!!

I'm at Vanderbilt Neuro-ICU in the waiting area, and grateful for internet access and a quiet spot. I wanted to thank you all for your prayers, and ask you to continue them. It's been a long day!

Chris made it out of surgery around 1:00 today. We've been able to go see him. He is aware of his surroundings, recognizes us, and his motor skill function seems to be the same as it was pre-surgery. Deo Gratias!!!

He's in a great deal of pain, more so than he was from previous post-op experiences. We're awaiting the surgeon so that we can hear his thoughts on the surgery.

Please continue to pray for Chris, and his medical team.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy.

I wonder if some of this is post-op swelling, which, initially, can often get worse than better.......continuing to pray for all!! Thanks for the updated, Suzanne. Jen, many dear friend....we are all right there with you, in prayer....
