I know this exact diagnosis - pleural effusion - with the frequent monitoring. It requires heroic guarding of the thoughts to stay in the present moment where the grace is!!!
I have been watching closely for your update because I've been thinking of you and praying for you often!
I'm praying that you will have the grace and strength to guard your thoughts, and that the diagnosis for this little one will steadily improve over the coming weeks!! Peace is resting in God's plan, even when we're completely unsure what that is from minute to minute. I've been there and I know how hard that is to live! I'm praying with so much empathy for you and your family right now! 
Keep us updated when you can...and especially if you ever need a boost of prayers because your thoughts and imagination get away from you! What a privilege to continue to hold you, the littlest, and your entire family in prayer! God's peace be yours, Stephanie!

Update #3 8/5
Echo on Tuesday ruled out a congenital heart defect and the u/s today was stable from last week. Fluid levels are the same.

Update #4 9/9
After weeks of a stable pleural effusion in Charlie's lung, today showed a significant increase. I will be going in tomorrow to have his lung tapped. They will also do an amnio at this time. Please keep us in your prayers.
