Hi everyone ~ I just wanted to post an update on my father. My folks met with the surgeon yesterday and it was decided that the aneurism *does* require surgical attention. And considering my dad's age and good health, it makes sense to take care of it now.

That said, however, for his own reasons (work/travel/long recovery), my father wants to put off the surgery till September ...

In the meantime, I would ask for your continued prayers. My great fear is that waiting will allow the aneurism to grow drastically, undetected. Please pray for his peace of mind, and also that everything remains "status quo" till surgery in the fall.
